Harmony Circles

Growing Personally & Professionally
        through Virtual Circles

Connection, Focus & Grounding

Purpose
In our busy lives, we seldom take the time to stop and focus on what's important to us.  We may look for ways to ground ourselves and share with a like-hearted community.  Deep within, we may yearn for a greater sense of peace in our lives.

I am honoured to offer you a unique circle, helping people to create harmony within themselves and the world around them - Harmony Circles.

Harmony Circles offers you the benefits of:
    - Time to focus on what's important to you
    - Connection with like hearted-individuals
    - Genuine care & support in a safe place
    - Greater sense of peace & tranquility
    - Grounding of your spirit

I have been offering Harmony Circles within my home & workplace for years.  I have developed and honed the format over time.  I believe in and have experienced the tremendous grounding impact of these unique circles.  It's my passion and honour to share these with you.  The format is simple, tested and proven.

Small groups of participants meet virtually once a month, for 1-1.5 hrs, from the comfort of your home.

Testimonials
Here's what participants' say:

The benefit of Harmony Circles is, "the opportunity to meet virtually with others for the sole purpose of support, caring and positivity.  While so much of life is go, go, go, with little time left over for reflection, having dedicated time set aside for this purpose is wonderful.  Knowing that others are holding you in their thoughts and prayers is uplifting."
    Harmony Circle Participant

"I was intrigued by the initial invitation to participate in a Harmony Circle at work.  Within 10 minutes of our first gathering, I understood its format and felt completely safe and comfortable.  There are no expectations of participants.  If during the gathering you simply want to be silent and live in the present and receive & s hare energy with the group, it is also  welcomed.  At times, my work schedule would be such that I would feel a tinge of guilt in participating; however, I would honour myself and participate and would feel totally calm and peaceful by close of a session and would find myself working more productively after a Harmony Circle.  Our Harmony Circle has been a huge blessing in all aspects of my life."

Harmony Circle Participant

"I love the Harmony Circles!   Harmony Circles provide a time and space where I connect with people at a deep, loving, metaphysical/spiritual level.  What a  gift!  We all offer and send our love and strength to whomever/where ever it is  needed.  It is a safe space that invites me and others to totally be all that we  truly are. It’s a time and place to love and be loved unconditionally and to receive and be received without judgement.

Thanks again Brenda for  bringing us the Harmony Circles!!!"

As a way of giving to others, Harmony Circles are complimentary!  To allow time for everyone present to share and to increase the connection within the group, numbers are limited.

Circles are held virtually by phone, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home, or while travelling.  You are invited to call from a quiet location, where you will be able to relax and focus on the group.  You will be given the contact information upon registration.

Email for current dates/times.

Who is the ideal participant?
The ideal participant is open-minded, accepting to hear the concerns of individual members and willing to share their own successes and challenges. They may be heart-centered or spiritual individuals (not necessarily religious).

What is the format? Each Circle starts with a grounding check-in.  Each participant is given the opportunity to then share a success or a concern,  with a request for support. The group spends moments quietly reflecting on the request, noticing any thoughts/images that come up, and energetically thinking of sending the person positive thoughts/love/energy. These reflections are then shared back with the participant. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging and supportive.

Why is a "Circle" format used? Circles have been used by many cultures throughout history, as a means of respectful conversation. It emphasizes that each participant is equal, with the same  opportunity to share and receive .

What topics are brought forward? Participants are  welcome to bring almost any topic to the circle. Past circles have included  relationships, family members, health, career, travel and personal challenges  of all kinds. The flexible format is ideally suited to support and encourage  participants in whatever they bring forward.

How do I attend? Upon registration, each participant will receive the Skype group call information.  No long distance charges are typically incurred. Please keep in mind skype is an internet-based service and calls may therefore be impacted if skype Internet connection is not available/intermittent.

Are these calls recorded, if I miss one? No, for the confidentiality of the participants in the Harmony Circle, these calls will not be recorded.

What if I'm interested, but these current dates/times don't work for me?
Please email me at Brenda@HarmonyCircles.com with the days/times that would work for you. I will keep your name on a waiting list for the next offering. If there is sufficient interest in an alternative time, consideration will be given to adding another group.

What  is the role of the Harmony Circle Facilitator?  My role is to
guide the group process, encouraging a positive & supportive atmosphere, where each person has the chance to share, and receive the gifts of the group.
